a children's allowance calculated under subparagraph 1 of paragraph C of Part II of the First Schedule to the Order of 1925, as amended by Article 31 of the Order of 1950, or a gratuity in lieu thereof under Article 10 of the No. 2 Order of 1938, as amended by Article 39 of the Order of 1950
Ciallaíonn "gnáth-liúntas leanaí" liúntas nó aisce, seachas liúntas leanaí speisialta, faoi Airteagal 10 d'Ordú Uimh. 2 de 1938, arna leasú le hAirteagal 39 d'Ordú 1950 agus le hAir-teagal 5 den Ordú um Pinsin an Gharda Shíochána, 1955 (I.R. Uimh. 115 de 1955).
"Children's ordinary allowance" means an allowance or gratuity, other than a children's special allowance, under Article 10 of the No. 2 Order of 1938, as amended by Article 39 of the Order of 1950 and Article 5 of the Garda Síochána Pensions Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 115 of 1955 ).
